This is a collection of my experience with Kodak Aerochrome III Infrared film. This film was discontinued in 2009 making it hard to find, and the rolls you can find are very expensive. Because of the age of the film, being expired, and potentially not stored in controlled environments, the results can vary, and the roll may not turn out at all. I am lucky to have found a good source and plan to do more in the future.
The film is sought after because of its ability to shift organic greens, to reds when in contact with sunlight. The film was originally produced for aerial photography for the military to find objects hidden in forests and other green environments.
This is what I was able to do with this roll of film, and I am very satisfied with the results.
