For the first 2 hours of the hourly shoot rate, if I only need one hour, can I pay half ($25)?
No, the extra hour is complimentary; whether you use it or not is up to you.
Hours of Operation?
7 AM to 10 PM, some exceptions can be made, but it will be case by case.
Same-day booking?
24-hour notice is preferred, but you can book same day. There is a higher chance of your shoot being declined if I am not available to make sure the studio is set for your shoot.
Can I film an adult video?
No. This is a shared space used by other photographers and videographers, and the building itself houses a lot of other artists. The walls are not soundproof, and I do not want the cleanliness or reputation of the studio to come into question.
Why is there a security camera in the studio?
The camera ensures the safety of the studio and keeps those who rent it accountable for the space and what they do inside it. I only review the footage if a complaint is brought forward or if the studio is not left in the original condition at the start of the shoot.
There is a private room for changing if needed, with no camera, because I want to make sure everyone has the privacy they need for their shoots.
Cancelations?
You can cancel your shoot up to 24 hours before your shoot. If cancellation happens within that 24 hours, only half of your studio rental fee will be refunded.
