Why I Rent Out the Studio

When I first started doing photography, I was only able to do shoots outside or in random empty places I found, which wasn’t always the safest for me or the model for the shoot. Because of this, I want to give other emerging photographers, and even professionals who still don’t have a studio, a safe space to create.

What’s included?

  • Scheduled access to the studio
  • Paper backdrops, blackout curtains, furniture, rugs, mirrors
    • Paper 9ft backdrops: Black, White, Turquoise, Pink
    • Canvas 8×8 backdrops: Black, White, Red, Gray
  • Private changing room
  • 2 constant lighting sources
  • Extra light stands
  • Bluetooth speaker to set the vibe

Everything else is up to you! I provide the basics, you provide the creativity!

For each scheduled shoot, you will be contacted beforehand to make sure the studio fits your needs.

Hourly Pricing

Your first 2 hours are only $50. Each hour after that is only $50 per hour. The first 2 hours are only $50 because sometimes setup takes a little bit of time, or maybe you want to familiarize yourself with the space a bit more.

Day Pricing

Starting at $300, you can rent the studio for one 8-hour day. This allows you to account for setup time and the ability to create a more complicated shoot, or plan for a handful of shoots in one day. Each extra hour is an additional $50.

Studio Member Monthly Pricing

Become a member! Maybe you have a lot of random small shoots, or a big one more than once a month. For $500, you get 15 hours a month. These can be scheduled however you need to use them. An hour one day, and maybe 5 hours all in one chunk the next day, and then maybe a few hours the next week. As long as the calendar is open, you can schedule it.

Common Questions

  • At the end of your shoot, the studio should look how you found it. (I can empty the garbage)
  • Setup, teardown, and studio reset are all within your studio shoot time; plan accordingly.
  • Payment is expected before your shoot and guarantees your scheduled shoot on the calendar.
  • Cancelation and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before your shoot; if it is within the 24hr window, a $25 fee will be subtracted from your refund or added to your reschedule.
  • If you have any equipment or furniture needs, I can have those set up before the shoot if applicable.
  • The studio has a security camera, but your session is still private. The footage is only reviewed if something is broken or the studio is left a mess.
